New Property Management Company

The Board is pleased to announce that we will be transitioning to a new property management company, effective Friday, November 1, 2024.  By now, you should have received a letter to the address on file for your residence.  ​​Below is an image of what the envelope looked like.  Please read this letter carefully, as it provides important information on accessing the new online portal and outlines the various HOA payment options.
